Our success story begin in 1996 in the heart of Old Montreal when Jean Guy Daneau and is wife Sonja Remy had the idea to transform their clothing boutique situated on St Paul street for the last 20 years into a Creperie. It wa a huge risk and a career change four a couple that had no experience in the restaurant business. A wortwhile risk because the Creperie, than callen Creperie du Vieux Montreal, had only 20 places and was always full; there were always lines in front of the restaurant. The new owners were overwelmed with the success of their new entreprise. During the following years there were 2 expansion to the Creperie which added 38 places and then another 72 places. The creperie now has 130 places in total. Today La Crêperie chez Suzette is one of the most well know and visited restaurant in Old Montreal offering the Best relation quality/price in the whole city.

The Creperie chez Suzette offers a warm and family-like atmosphere, a varied menu with a vast choice of crepes, fondues, salads, sandwiches and alcoholic beverages. Our wine policy per bottle is our cost price plus $5.00 makes our affordable and accessible to all budgets. Our customers ar mostly families and groups of friends who enjoy our food ans pleasant and relaxind atmosphere.

We are looking for franchise- partners who want to work avidly their franchise, a person who loves to work with the public and has a passion for the restaurant business. Experience in the restaurant business is not required. There is a training period when our team will be there to teach you and to guide in all the steps of your formation

Finding a site for your franchise
We are interested in developing the Canadian market. To maximize our growth and respect our business model, we will help you in the search of a site and the negotiation of your lease.
We will give each franchisee the necessary help to find financing .we will put you in contact with our financial institution.
The initial training program lasts 5 to 7 weeks. The franchisee will receive a working manual and all the necessary tools to insure good management. This training is divided in two stages; the first 3 to 4 weeks the franchisee learns the every day workings in the franchisor's restaurant, the next 2 to 3 weeks the franchisee learns how to supervise the daily routine in his or her restaurant.
Each franchisee will get help and advice during the construction, We will ensure our aid with contractors, designers and architects.
Our team will be there at your opening to make sure all goes well. We will also organize your opening and help in the promotion of your new establishment.
Additional training is available to all franchisees. These training periods are adapted to all franchisees and their staff in order to maximize the ability of all to deal with different situations.
